What a beautiful home.  I can imagine living there for sure.  What is that gorgeous flowering bush in the flower bed?  Complete with fireplace and fruit trees... I'd be in heaven!  Someone will recognize what a great home this is right away!!

Judi -- it is a nice house. Having both a view and a relatively flat yard is sometimes hard to find in Belmont--this has both!

The purple plant is Spanish Lavendar -- smells good, too, especially when the flowers fade. Fruit trees in back include several types of apple, plum, apricot, and pear.
