Hello Mark or Tim, Fernando, and Michael -- Thanks for the good thoughts for my open house today. Usually Mother's Day brings out a lot of traffic. However, today it is dizzling here -- rain in May in my area is very rare, so I don't know what to expect. We'll see! (I'll report in tomorrow.)

Hi Gina and Cari --Glad you both enjoyed peeking at this house. We had a good turnout on Mother's Day--about 25 groups through--although I would have expected more had the weather been better. Rain in the morning, and dark clouds with gusty winds most of the afternoon I'm sure kept some people at home.
My day was great--hope you two enjoyed Sunday as well.

Hi Lottie - I saw you on Debe's blog so I had to stop by and say hello! I used to live in Sacramento and did a lot of loans in the bay area. Belmont is beautiful. I used to date George Seifert's (he coached the 49ers) niece, Kelly Siefert and we would visit Sunnyvale often. I also have friends who live in Palo Alto. This is a great price for this nice of a home in Belmont so I'm confident it will sell quickly. Hope you had a nice mothers day!
